1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the cck22 platform and its users ("you" or "user"). cck22 is a secure and reliable online betting and gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your cck22 account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to our support team immediately. cck22 is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from third-party access.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Opening more than one account under the same person's name is prohibited. If multiple accounts are found to be operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method, they will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

3.3 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your email address, phone number, or payment information), please notify the cck22 support team immediately. cck22 will not be held responsible for any issues arising from transactions carried out using outdated information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply when depositing funds into cck22:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be sent from your own account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed until all KYC verification has been completed.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on cck22 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not currently supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members on cck22 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• Bonus wagering requirement: 25 times (deposit + bonus).
• Once the bonus is activated, wagering must be completed within the specified time period.

The cck22 VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. cck22 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel a VIP tier at its discretion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If any misuse of the bonus system is detected — such as placing artificial bets or employing any other fraudulent strategy — cck22 reserves the right to forfeit the relevant bonus and any winnings earned.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify all details carefully before placing a bet. If a bet is placed for the wrong amount due to a technical error, contact the support team immediately.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a lost internet connection, server error, or any other technical issue, cck22 will make a decision in accordance with its established rules. In such circumstances, the decision of cck22 will be considered final.

6.3 Game Results

All game results are determined by a verified and impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). cck22 conducts regular third-party audits to ensure fair play. If you have a dispute regarding the result of any game, you must notify support within 72 hours.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cck22 platform:

• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack accounts or carrying out cyber attacks.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using or transferring another user's account.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Fraudulent strategies or collusive gambling.
• Spreading false or misleading information in the name of cck22.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, all funds may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken where applicable.

8 Limitation of Liability

cck22 will not be held liable for any damage or loss in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by your internet connection being disconnected or unstable.
• Loss caused by third-party interference or unauthorised access.
• Issues arising from your own negligence or provision of incorrect information.
• Uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
• Delays caused by technical issues with third-party payment providers.

cck22 provides its services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. However, we are always committed to resolving any issues promptly.

9 Privacy and Data Protection
